*All warranties apply only to the original purchaser from Kuantum. Warranties of products will voided if installation is done by a non-licensed individual. All products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturing defect at the time of purchase and/or before installation. Installation error is not covered. Replacement is the only sole remedy to defects prior to installation. No defect will be covered after installation. Kuantum is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from or relating to its sale of any products. Under no circumstances shall any liability of Kuantum arising our of or relating to the transaction exceed the total cost of the products included in the invoice and paid for by the purchaser.

*PLEASE NOTE: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. YOU HAVE LEGAL RIGHTS UNDER THIS WARRANTY. There warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Except for these rights, the remedies provided under these warranties state the limit of Kuantum LLC responsibilities.
